It's time to once again to freshen up those rental homes, condominium and golf Villas.  As we are all aware this rental season for most will be tough.  We know that homeowners in the past have come in during the winter season to purchase new furnishings to get ready for the upcoming season  and to keep their rating high for unit occupancy.
