Kathleen Wheeler

Kathleen, originally from Upstate N.Y., is enjoying her move to North Carolina to escape the snow and enjoy the sunshine year round! She is a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC, with a degree in Fashion Buying and Merchandising. After graduation she enjoyed jobs in art and design as well as retail management. These jobs eventually led her to a Visual Merchandising 13 year career and ultimately her favorite role as a Personal Design Consultant.

She's so happy to be with J&K continuing her work in Interior Design. "I thoroughly enjoy helping clients with their design and color deliemas, finding out their vision through listening to their design ideas and guide them into transferring their space into home" Kathleen explains. She believes accents, placement, color. style and the clients personal lifestyle are key to her design thought process all while respecting budget
