We have a wide selection of in-stock, ready-to-deliver furniture curated by our buying and design teams, along with extensive custom furniture options. Custom furniture and upholstery are one of our specialties, giving customers the ability to personalize comfort, seating depth, cushion options, arms, legs, fabrics, performance fabrics, finishes, style, and design details.

J&K is also proud to offer one of the area’s strongest selections of American-made and custom-order furniture. Approximately 80% of the furniture we sell is made in the USA or custom-crafted by American manufacturers, including many of our upholstery, dining, bedroom, and motion furniture programs.

One of our strongest custom programs is Bassett. J&K offers Bassett custom upholstery, dining, and bedroom furniture, including dining and bedroom pieces crafted from Appalachian hardwoods by American artisans and available in 62 wood finishes. Many Bassett custom pieces can be produced in about 30 days.

Our experienced interior decorators and designers are available in each showroom for complimentary help, with the option for a more personalized in-home design consultation specific to your project needs. We can help with furniture selection, room planning, custom upholstery, finishes, custom window treatments, bedding, accessories, and complete room solutions.

Each of our showrooms also features Mattress ZZZs, our dedicated mattress store, where specialized sleep experts help customers find the right mattress, adjustable base, pillow, and sleep solution for their individual needs.

J&K opened its doors in August 1997 with its first store location in North Myrtle Beach. Since then, we have expanded throughout coastal South Carolina, serving customers across the Grand Strand, Myrtle Beach, Brunswick County, and Charleston markets with showrooms from Little River to Murrells Inlet, Mount Pleasant, and Goose Creek.
