Ocean Adventure 5 Day Cruise (EPOAFNMPUFA)

• A 5-day/4-night cruise for 2 people (in one stateroom (category 1A) based on double occupancy with Carnival Cruise Lines, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, Princess Cruise Lines or Norwegian Cruise Lines from one of: Long Beach, CA; Miami, FL; Jacksonville, FL; Tampa, FL or Port Canaveral, FL.

• Or a 6-Day/5-night cruise from New Orleans, LA.

• Departures from Jacksonville, FL; or Port Canaveral, FL; will sail to The Bahamas*. From Miami, FL; or Tampa, FL; will sail to The Caribbean*. From: Long Beach, CA will sail to Mexico*.  From New Orleans, LA; will sail to Mexico*. (*All itineraries listed are subject to change by the cruise line without notice.)

• The cruise dates available for this program are year-round, however additional charges will apply during peak season from March through August, and during all Federal, State or Provincial holidays.

• The recipient is responsible for port taxes of $172.33 per person, and a travel agent booking fee of $25.00 per person. Total recipient expenses are $394.66 USD per couple.

Registration Process:

1)      Certificate holders will go to www.odenzareg.com to register and submit the applicable refundable reservation deposit by Visa or Mastercard.*

*Guests that do not have access to a computer can request a manual registration form and submit their deposit by mail in the form of a bank draft or money order.

2)      Once the registration and deposit have been submitted the certificate will be assigned to an Odenza Travel Agent who will contact the guest directly to begin the booking process.

FAQ’s:

a)      Can upgrades/changes be made to the promotional trip?

Yes! Every recipient is entitled to the promotional package as outlined in their certificate however Odenza’s agents can also help book the custom vacation of their dreams! This might include extending the length, adding extra travelers, upgrading accommodations, travelling over a holiday or weekend and in some cases venturing to an entirely different destination. These upgrades are available at additional cost based on availability. Agents can also help guests book add-ons not included in the promotional vacation such as flights, car rentals, attraction passes and more.

b)      Why are funds required before working with a travel agent?

Prices and availability of travel change by the minute which means that the funds are needed in-house at registration so that as soon as the guest wants to book a spot can be reserved. The guest will receive a full 100% refund if they no longer want to book at any point.

c)      Is the certificate transferable?

Yes, the certificate is transferable prior to registration.

d)      Can I use 2 or more certificates together for group travel?

No, group travel is not permitted as stated in the terms and conditions.
