Margaret is a graduate from the Savannah College of Art and Design. She graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design with minors in Business Management, Business Collaboration, and Architectural History. She is originally from Chicago, IL but gets inspired by her travel which includes visiting all 50 states and studying abroad in Hong Kong.
Margaret was so excited to join the J&K Design Team as she explains “I really enjoy the J&K environment and seeing inspiring new products coming into the showroom each day.” Margaret looks forward to using her design skills to create a beautiful and relaxing interior for your space.

Mark Barton is a native of South Carolina and brings more than 20 years of experience to his role as a Design Consultant. With a Bachelor of Science degree and additional course studies in Art and Design, Mark has a strong understanding of the creative process behind room design, space planning, and helping each client bring their vision to life.
Mark believes great design is about more than furniture placement or measurements. His design approach focuses on creating spaces that feel purposeful, personal, and meaningful to the people who live in them. He enjoys guiding clients through each step of the design process, helping them make confident selections that reflect their style, lifestyle, and goals for their home.
