In 2000 Elaine graduated with Honors with a certificate in Interior Design working with clients and their dreams. That’s her specialty - making dreams come true! Whether it’s a beginner home or a forever home, Elaine makes the design process easy and fun. Each design must incorporate form, function and fun! Her ability to mix textures and color in any project is exactly what changes her customers to clients and forever friends. It’s a relationship that is as fluid as design and is nourished and valued. Sherri Grimes started at J&K in 2004 as one of the stores buyer and showroom floor designers. She is now back working for her love of interior decorating by helping customers design their homes and condos. Customers can feel Sherri’s love for furniture, the design process and meeting new people immediately upon meeting her.
She explains: “I have access to over 70,000 square feet of furniture in our showrooms, which includes thousands of fabrics choices and accessories. Our program allows for me the flexibility to utilize out of store resources to help you complete your home. I can help with paint selection, drapes, flooring, home remodels and every other aspects of your home.”

With a degree in Interior Design from UNC-Greensboro and a passion for global aesthetics, Parks Stowe brings a culturally enriched and well-rounded perspective to every project. His design journey has taken him across the world—studying in Italy, Greece, France, and Germany—which has instilled in him a deep appreciation for timeless beauty, architectural heritage, and modern innovation.

Originally from North Carolina, Parks has lived and worked in vibrant cities such as New York and Myrtle Beach. His professional experience spans commercial, retail, restaurant, and high-end residential interiors—giving him the versatility to approach each space with both creativity and precision. From leading his own design firm to collaborating with top-tier clients, Parks has built a reputation for custom-tailored spaces that balance aesthetics with real-world functionality.

His specialty lies in creating designs that are not only beautiful but also purposeful—reflecting each client’s lifestyle, brand, or vision.
